Part-time to Full-time position supporting and reporting directly to the Technical Services Manager to provide exceptional customer service to all LR Hines Consulting clients and prospective clients.

Abilities:
Applicants should possess excellent customer service abilities and
strong written and verbal communication skills. Applicants should have
the ability to multi-task in a variety of different areas including
handling customer service and technical tasks simultaneously.
Applicants must be self-motivated and highly disciplined.
Knowledge:
Required:
Applicants should have knowledge of the functions and operations of
computers, both server and workstation, commercial computer software
including database software, and of local area networks (LANs),
including hardware/software installation. Applicants should also
possess an understanding of general principles of office automation,
and computer systems analysis; a variety of hardware, and operating
systems.
Optional:
Also desirable would be knowledge of Visual Basic scripting, SQL Server and associated query language, HTML, and Website design.
Work Environment:
Applicants accepted for this position will be expected to manage and
track their time to provide management with detailed accountability for
hours billed. Work may be conducted on site with clients, at the LR
Hines Consulting corporate office, satellite offices, or at the
employees home office as determined by management. Occasional travel
will be required and sometimes overnight. Travel by means other than
automobile will be provided by and at the discretion of management.
Travel by automobile may be provided or reimbursed at management
discretion.
