Our Team

Lonnie R. Hines - President/CEO

Mr. Hines founded LR Hines Consulting in 1996 in order to expand and offer his broad experience and knowledge of document imaging, records management and computer business systems to other companies. Before founding his consulting firm, Mr. Hines was Director of Information Services for a large private corporation that grew from $50 Million to over $100 Million in gross revenue using systems implemented by Mr. Hines during his tenure there.

After starting his consulting firm, Mr. Hines obtained his first major multi-year consulting contract with his previous employer to provide Information Technology management services and ongoing network administration. During the last few years Mr. Hines has continued to be successful even in a tough business climate. He has added over 60 new clients, including the City of Sacramento and the City of Lincoln, which is one of California's fastest growing cities. LR Hines Consulting has become the premier SIRE Document Management System reseller in Northern California because of an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding customer service and support.

Carrie Hines - Vice President Administration

Mrs. Hines has over twenty years administrative project management experience. She provides end user training and manages the Backfile Conversion Services Division. Her background includes construction contract management and accounting. She currently oversees accounting and payroll functions for LR Hines.

Gregg Skinner - Software Engineer and Database Developer

Mr. Skinner has worked in conjunction with Mr. Hines to develop many of the custom software applications that integrate with LR Hines' product offerings. Gregg has been a key player in delivering powerful tools that help organizations move to a paperless environment. His contributions include the PowerRetention Manager, PowerSearch and the PowerOffice add-on products. Previously, Mr. Skinner worked at Pepsi Cola for 14 years in various technology positions primarily focusing on software development. Mr. Skinner has a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Information Systems Management from the University of San Francisco.

Kurtis Breiner - Project Manager / Business Process Analyst

Mr. Breiner has over 12 years of experience in customer service and management. He has administered several small business network solutions and installed and supported Document Imaging systems for a wide variety of clients. Mr. Breiner holds an Associate of Applied Sciences in Computer Information Technology and is currently working towards his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Damon Peden - Customer Service and Support Manager

Mr. Peden has over 5 years of technical support and network administration experience. He holds multiple certifications including Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Microsoft Certified Database Administrator, Certified Document Imaging Architect, and Cisco Certified Network Associate. He has over three years experience supporting and installing document imaging systems in a variety of network environments.
